Formerly a French-Canadian country singer, now known professionally as Demoiselle Notoriété, she is one of North America’s most profitable exports. 

Notoriété’s dystopian view of the world is a black mirror to legions of faithful fans across the globe. Performance venues on the Proximity Sensor tour have included nights at the Great Pyramid of Giza, inside the volcano Eyjafjallajökull and the ancient ruins of the Acropolis.

Notoriété now resides in a swamp-side former confederate fort in Louisiana. Referred to by fans as Notoriétéville, she shares the residence with her daughter Kamirah, and Sellick, an orphaned caiman.
